Starbucks Mistakes Elephant for Siren

The Macomb Daily reports that Conga Coffee & Tea in Mt. Clemens, Michigan has been warned by Starbucks that they will have to change their logo. Apparently, the majestic grace of an elephant out for a stroll is so similar to the image of a siren welcoming visitors to their destruction that it might confuse customers.

As near as I can tell, there are some superficial similarities between the two logos, but I don't see how anybody would confuse the two. The Conga Coffee & Tea logo can be seen on Myspace. Starbucks has a Web site with its logo.
